Fareed Kotb is a Sports Photojournalist who began his professional career in photojournalism in 2011. He quickly progressed from covering local events to photographing the world's largest stadiums and international tournaments. Through his lens, he has documented some of football's greatest moments, including the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, and the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. He has collaborated with internationally recognized organizations such as BBC, National Geographic, and Getty Images, in addition to several major sports federations across Africa and beyond. His work reflects years of experience capturing decisive moments, world-class athletes, and historic tournaments, offering an authentic perspective on what it takes to succeed in the demanding world of professional sports photography.
